Following the Corona Virus, a range of safety measures have been put in place to safeguard both you and us within the clinic.

When attending the Clinic, please arrive no earlier than five minutes before the appointment time where possible.  A face cover is requested if you are suffering with a cold and patients are asked not to attend but to reschedule your appointment if you are unwell or have any symptoms of flu.     Screens, full Personal Protection Equipment and contamination control methods will be used in the clinic at all times.  Please bring along any prescription medication information when you attend.

Your information will never be used for marketing purposes and can only be accessed by clinic staff.  Supplying your email address and mobile telephone number enables us to send you an automatic appointment reminder.

Payment can be made by card or cash and gift vouchers are available.

Please note that we need to be informed as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.   We hold a cancellation list for patients awaiting treatment and therefore ask that cancellations are made no later than 24 hours before the appointment to enable us to fill the appointment slot.  A fee will be charged for non attendance.
